Are you unsatisfied with your current product?

You may return goods up to 30 days after purchase, if for any reason you have changed your mind or if a product does not suit your requirement.

If you are outside this time-frame, we are happy to exchange for another item or give you store credit.

Goods to be returned or exchanged should be in a saleable condition and be accompied by a receipt or a proof of purchase.

For hygiene reason unfortunately, we can not accept returns for some items. These include, but are not limited to…

  • Hats
  • Hosiery
  • Underwear
  • Pierced earrings
  • Pillows and Duvets

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Faulty & Defective Items

If an item is faulty and you have bought it in-store or online we will replace the item or exchange for a similar item.
